Clement is a project finance Partner at a top 3 white shoe law firm and Co-Head of their Africa Practice. Following a Master's in Law at Harvard University, he started his career in the New York office of a different white shoe firm, where he became partner after only 8 years. Clement then joined his current firm, having been based in the Paris and London offices.

Kate trained at Lawrence Graham LLP in London and was the first trainee to carry out a secondment to their Dubai office. After qualifying into Banking with Lawrence Graham LLP, Kate then joined a British firm's office in Doha, Qatar where she spent four years. Kate also carried out two client secondments in Doha with leading investment and commercial banks.

Rama is a Lawyer at the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department. She was previously an Advisory Lawyer at the Government Legal Department in London. She graduated studying Modern Languages at the University of Oxford and joined a magic cirlce firm as a trainee. Rama then spent a year as an Associate in General Financing and undertook a secondment in Hong Kong. She left private practice to advise the government on a range of policy and litigation matters in relation to EU social security coordination, including the drafting of the EU Withdrawal Agreement (Brexit).
Rama carried out a vacation scheme at Slaughter & May LLP and an internship at the Sudanese Embassy with the Sudanese delegation to UNESCO in Paris.

Seb is a Venture Capital Investor at Triple Point Investment Management. He previously worked in the corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team at a magic circle firm, where he completed over £30bn worth of global venture capital, real estate and public M&A transactions. During his 4 years there, Seb was seconded to Johannesburg and was part of the team that established their Johannesburg office.
Over his career, Seb has worked on venture deals with both private venture funds and corporate venture capital teams. He is an active seed investor and is a board adviser to London-based hospitality start-up Nightkey. He is also a governor of a school in Westminster, and was the youngest finance committee chairman elected by the school. Seb graduated from Manchester University with a First Class Honours in Law and is fluent in Spanish.

Alia is a corporate lawyer qualified in the State of New York. Alia has as of recent, left private practice and completed an academic program with Stanford University focused on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She is a co-founder of In.coming.
By way of background, Alia started her career with a top 2 white shoe law firm, where she spent three years in the London and Dubai offices focusing on corporate and debt capital market transactions. Following which, Alia joined a magic circle firm, focusing purely on mergers and acquisitions. During her time there, Alia was an active member of the Africa Practice and was the Pro Bono Representative for the office. Alia also led and created a collaboration between the firm and Ellevate, a global professional women’s network of 30,000 run by the former CEO of Merrill Lynch. Alia then moved to legacy firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright LLP) and continued working on global corporate transactions.
