He is an active seed investor and is a board adviser to London-based hospitality start-up Nightkey. He is also a governor of a school in Westminster, and was the youngest finance committee chairman elected by the school. Seb graduated from Manchester University with a First Class Honours in Law and is fluent in Spanish.

During her time there, Alia was an active member of the Africa Practice and was the Pro Bono Representative for the office. Alia also led and created a collaboration between the firm and Ellevate, a global professional women’s network of 30,000 run by the former CEO of Merrill Lynch. Alia then moved to legacy firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright LLP) and continued working on global corporate transactions.
